Hello from JAPAN!!! My dearest guests, I’m Sachiko Aizawa, your guide in Japan. Please call me ‘Happy’. My name, Sachiko, means ‘’happy child’’ in Japanese. I will do my best to make your trip a very happy one. I live in Yokohama city with my family. I have been working as a licensed English-speaking tour guide for twelve years. I have guided many overseas tourists to places all over Japan. I can't wait to see you and start to explore Japan, a country with both modern and traditional aspects. First, we will go around Tokyo, an organized chaotic city, and then Hakone, a volcanic mountain area, 50 miles away from Tokyo. We will explore central Japan as well, like Matsumoto Castle, Takayama city, which is called ‘Little Kyoto’, and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Shirakawago village. Then we will go sightseeing in the historical cities of Kyoto and Nara.
