Day 6: August 2, 2024
Today we left Monteverd. We drove down the mountains to the Central Pacífic Coast. We visited Natuwa Sanctuary. We planted some trees there and after a donation we could take a tour in the Sanctuary. We saw many interesting animal, like Jaguars, Macaws and monkeys. Sloths and iguanas and Howler monkeys were free as well. Then we had lunch in a nearby restaurant. We had good casados with fish and chicken nuggets. Then we drove for about two hours to the Tárcoles River, where we took the Crocodile tour. It was very interesting! We saw some of the largest crocodiles in the River and many other species. Then we drove to our beach hotel, Amapola. We checked in and we had some free time before dinner. We had a delicious buffet dinner at the hotel.
