Day 9: July 15, 2022
Bonjour! Today we wrap up our WW part of the tour with a visit of the Wellington Quarries in Arras, underground shelter for WW1 Allies Troops before a major attack in Spring 1917. Arras City Center is another jewel of the Flemish Architecture, with red bricks, bell or triangle gables and stone arches with covered passageways. After lunch it's time tobhead back south to Paris for dinner and an evening walk to Bastille Square and some of the Marais best kept secrets.
