Day 5: June 6, 2025
What a lovely day - not perfect but a fair bit of sunshine and only a little rain.
After breakfast it was off to Bath where we toured to amazing Roman baths before taking the time to get some Bath buns (or Pastry circles as some would have it). We then met up with our local guide who walked us through some of the most interesting parts of this lovely town and then on the coach to the Royal Crescent.
I think most of us snoozed on the way to Oxford where we had a chance to explore the covered market - most of us didn't - and get a bite to eat before having a look around the university areas and, in particular New College which contained the Harry Potter tree, yay!!
