Day 7: June 26, 2025
26/6 Day in Seville
Our day beganwith a buffet breakfast at the hotel, that gave us the fuel we needed for a full day of exploring Seville.
First on the itinerary was a visit to the iconic Plaza de España, where the grand architecture and tiled alcoves left us in awe. From there, we went around the city with our bus, visiting landmarks like the exhibition pavilions and embassy buildings. Now strolling, we found ourselves in the winding alleys of the Jewish Quarter, full of narrow streets, hidden patios, and centuries-old secrets. After soaking up the sights, we paused for a well-earned drink and gelato break—because sightseeing under the Spanish sun calls for something cold and delicious!
Refreshed, we made our way to one of Seville’s crown jewels: the Cathedral, an architectural masterpiece. The highlight? Climbing the Giralda Tower, where panoramic views of the city made every step worth it.
Next came a relaxed lunch nearby, followed by a bit of shopping. Back at the hotel, we had time to freshen up and cool down with a quick dip in the pool, recharging for the evening ahead.
As the sun began to set, we slipped into dresses and fancy shirts and headed out for a truly magical experience: a live flamenco show. The passion, rhythm, and energy of the dancers left us completely mesmerized, we kept the momentum and listen to more music as we went back to the hotel.
We wrapped up the day with a late dinner back at the hotel.
