Day 13: June 10, 2024
Today is our last day :(
With our driver Miguel Ángel, we have a small stop planned in Ávila to see its impressive wall. After that, we continued our journey to Toledo, where we started with a beautiful panoramic view of the city, which is situated on a hill and surrounded by the Tagus River. Then we visited the sword and damascene factory.
The visit continued through the most emblematic places in Toledo: the Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes, the Synagogue of Santa María la Blanca, and we had the opportunity to see El Greco's painting, "The Burial of the Count of Orgaz." We had our lunch break near the Toledo Cathedral and then met again at Zocodover Square. Finally, we headed back to Madrid to enjoy our last dinner together.
