Today we said ‘au revoir’ to our Sprowes and Bien groups. It was lovely to spend the week with you and hope you have a safe journey home.
The rest of us caught the TGV- the high speed train- from Gare de Lyon, down to Nice in the South of France. Despite its speed, it’s a really smooth, comfortable way to travel. Plus we saw some really good views of France, especially when we reached the South Coast and travelled along by the sea!
When we got to Nice we had time to spend at the beach and take in the beautiful views- even though it was very breezy!!
In the evening we had a lovely meal at a local restaurant before heading back to our hotel.
Back at our hotel some of us used the amazing swimming pool which was at our hotel. It was great fun!
