Day 5: April 16, 2025

Half way in our trip, getting up at 4am was so worth it! We took the TGV, one of the fastest trains in Europe, from Paris to Biarritz, a city in the French part of the Basque Country that was all that we needed that day. Tasty food at the market, amazing views, warm and fine beach, lovely memories and the stunning weather?!?!?!?!? They must have hired it!!! For the afternoon, we left France and headed to San Sebastián, in the Spanish Basque Country. We could appreciate the beautiful architecture and the local gastronomy in a traditional Pintxos' tavern. We have some foodies there! Our fantastic and caring driver took us to the hotel to finish this day with an abundant and delicious dinner... we slept like babys...zzz zzz
