Day 2: February 15, 2020
Welcome to Portugal!
All the group arrived safely to sunny Lisbon. After checking in the hotel we have a light local lunch and started interacting with the locals and its food!
We headed off to downtown and started walking for hours around Rossio square, Figueira, St Dominic Church, Alfama quarter, the views from its lookouts, the narrow cobbled stone streets; we tried the delicious Portuguese custard tarts; we stopped by Commerce's square, watched some street performers, strolled up Augusta Street and finally reached again Rossio square.
Dinner time! Grilled meat, salad, spinach and French fries and , lemon tart pudding for dessert! Yummy!
Bedtime for us now! We survived the first day
