Last country, last city. Still in European Union, but less north. Well... it is still on the latitude of the Alaska. After two hour cruise on the luxurious Megastar, we arrived to the capital of Estonia at noon. Taimi, local guide and a coach took us to the top of the old city which is divided into governmental part Toompea and medieval lower town. We went inside the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the Russian Orthodox Cathedral where there were icons but no seating, so if you go to services, you have to stand the whole time, and they are often longer than 2 hours. Down the cobblestoned windy narrow streets of Long and Short Legs we arrived to the Market Square or Raekoja Plats, where there were plenty of places to eat or buy something to remember Estonia by. Perfect place to spend our free time in this "Danish Town". On our long way back to the harbour, luckily down hill we had time to stop for a gelato, as it was a very hot day! No lingonberry flavour, but somehow there was an avocado and rhubarb one... And on the ferry, finally some AC and again a dinner buffet with many different salads and abundance of sea food. We arrived to hotel past 10 in the evening yet the sun was still up... Helpful if you needed to pack as the next morning it was an early one.
