Oslo, Copenhagen & Stockholm

May 27, 2019  -  June 6, 2019

Hard to believe the tour is over. It was an amazing trip of 10 days together, through 5 different countries. So many similarities but each unique, We were lucky with weather, except our first day in Copenhagen, who was on no one's favourite day list. But Vigeland Park, Tallinn old town, Gamla Stan in Stockholm and a short trip to Roskilde were the favourites. We learned about the circle of life and the Vikings, how to make people use electric cars and how to known which version of the Munch painting the Scream was the first (look for the seagull droppings). We braved the stormy North Sea. We saw rainy and sunny Copenhagen, and confirmed, that teenagers are the same all over the world on the weekend nights. Travelled through the farming landscapes of Southern Sweden and stopped in a fairy-tale town of Granna. Visited a lot of churches and cathedrals, and saw 3 different Changing of the guards. Some people got into 4 different museums of ships! Did anyone managed to pet a hedgehog? Hovding, the inflatable bicycle helmet with an airbag costs 300 dollars. Baltic sea is calmer than the North Sea. What else did we learn? Everyone must have had their own take on the trip, but we all had great fun and hopefully made some new friends. Farväl!
