Day 7: June 29, 2025
What a day in Florence! Starting with the leather demonstration and shopping for some leather and jewelry, then we had a wonderful tour with Silvia seeing all of the beautiful sights of Florence, finishing at the incredible Duomo made entirely of marble!
Everyone then went off to explore the city and the gelatarias - some shopping some climbing the towers - and then we all came back together to go for pizzas!
CLimbing up to Piazza del Michaelangelo, where there is a copy of his masterpiece David, to see the end of the day was a special highlight - then back on the bus to sleep before Rome!
