London, York & Edinburgh

We left Bradford under a big blue sky and on a new coach. Heading north for quite a long drive all the way to Scotland and its capital : Edinburgh. We arrived there for a late lunch, the first impression was definitely wow!! The castle dominates the whole of the town perched on a volcanic crag and you can feel the history through all the pores of this picturesque city., we went down to see Holyrood house which is the Queen Palace when she comes to town.... we also saw the ( modern!) Scottish parliament before facing the almighty Arthur's Seat which is in fact a very steep and beautiful hill overlooking Edinburgh. We surely climbed it up and really enjoyed the buzz! After that we did a walk around town before getting supper and then getting back on the coach to our hotel which is on the other side of the Forth river, in Fife...
