Day 2: June 18, 2019
Hello there! We made it!! We all arrived this morning around 11 and got a coach transfer to our hotel in Ealing (west london). After a lunch on the go, we took the tube ( subway) to the west end ( central london). By the time we got off at Oxford Circus station, it was raining ...then again who would imagine London without a spot of drizzle...or two?!!? We walked down to Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square , Covent Garden before visiting the National gallery museum. There we could admire lots of art ...and enjoy a shelter from the rain!! We then took a double decker bus to Victoria where we had a fish and chips dinner served in a lovely pub. By then everyone was ever so tired so we jumped on the tube and made it back to our nice comfy hotel for around 8pm... everyone was happy with the prospect of a good night sleep!
