Day 10: March 30, 2024
Today we truly experienced Venice! First thing this morning, we hopped on a water taxi that whisked us away to Murano, where we witnessed a captivating glass-blowing demonstration. Then, we made our way to Piazza San Marco, where we met our guides and embarked on a fascinating tour of the Doge's Palace. A quick lunch featuring some delicious Italian street food, and then came the highlight: a memorable gondola ride! What an incredible experience that was. Later, we had some free time to explore – some opted to visit St. Mark's Cathedral, while others indulged in a bit of shopping. Dinner at the hotel capped off the day, and now it's time to rest up for tomorrow's adventure: Florence!
