Day 2: March 9, 2024
Finally the group reached Spain! Time to enjoy and keep ourselves busy, so we beat the jet-lag.
We started with a nice walk around Plaza mayor. The students got some free time to discover Madrid for the first time.
Then, we headed the Reina Sofia museum to be mesmerized by Guernica, the famous Picasso painting.
We finish this hectic first day having a vegetable soup, some meatballs and a tradicional caje from the north of Spain.
Now, we earned a good sleep!
