Hi everyone! You might not believe it, but we've been in Great Britain today!! How's that?? So after dinner we took our coach and then we rode for about 45 minutes until we got to the border of... Gibraltar! The Rock! Gibraltar is a 12 hundred feet high rock, a hill, although it's known as The Rock, because it is the only thing you can see when you look at the sea in this area. Since the British empire won the battle of Trafalgar it belongs to the UK, and it is funny to walk up and down these streets, it looks like walking up and down an English town!! So we met Karen, our local guide, and she took us to the point which you can see the east, the west and the south, a cross point which explains the importance of this particular place. Then we rode the coach all the way up to St. Michael's cave, such a beautiful place, and finally we got down to have lunch at one of those squares you could find everywhere in the UK, although they're here! One of the funniest things in Gibraltar are the monkeys! The rock has a natural reserve which is full of these animals!! They're so cool!! Then we got back to the hotel to enjoy our time in the pool, and have dinner. Now everybody relaxing!
