Day 4: July 12, 2025
Today we focused on Ancient Rome, and had two amazing guides to take us on this journey into the past: Eleonora and Lucia.The tour started by the Arch of Constantine, and then everyone entered the Colosseum, where we were able to see where all the gladiator battles used to take place. After, we crossed into the Forum, and ended our tour by Trajan's column. In the afternoon we drove to Florence, and to our extravagant hotel in the outskirts, called "Fantastic Garden Hotel". Here, some of us had a dip in the pool, and then we had pizza dinner together. It was a great meal, however we discovered that italians have an "American pizza" variety with french fries on top, which was strange and unexpected!
