Another Gem of a day in Sydney!
We had a great cultural connection learning about Australia's natural gem - the Opal.
The Botanic Gardens was next, with free time for lunch and exploring before heading out on Sydney harbour on a cruise.
Our night was spent catching a train out to the Olympic Stadium to watch the Parramatta Eels play the premiership NRL team, the Roosters 32-18. (Roosters won).
A note from Sydney Guide Naomi - I was extremely impressed with the way all the crew left their bags at the opal experience - but furthermore that they are a very well behaved group - parents you should all be very proud!!!
