Day 2: June 25, 2024

Today the group arrived in London! We had a bad start, because our bus was not in the coach park, despite me having confirmed it. After many phone calls we eventually got to our hotel to leave our luggage in a minibus and a coach shared with another group. We had lost a couple of hours, but luckily it was an early morning flight, so we still had plenty of time to go into central London (by subway, known as the 'Tube' here), have a walking tour, lunch and free time in the afternoon before meeting again for a fish and chip supper. Everyone did really well coping with the day with no sleep, but after dinner they were all relaly tired and we headed back to our hotel to sleep.
