Welcome to ILMUNC! This coming January, over 3,000 motivated students will converge on downtown Philadelphia to participate in ILMUNC, one of the largest Model United Nations conference in the world. As one of the oldest and most prestigious Model United Nations simulations in the country, ILMUNC provides high school students with an unparalleled opportunity to actively study and debate the world’s most pressing issues.

ILMUNC was founded as the Ivy League Model United Nations Conference at the University of Pennsylvania in 1984. Ever since, we have been striving to make an impact on students and teachers’ lives by providing a truly unique educational experience. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization run by undergraduates of the University of Pennsylvania and our annual conference located in Philadelphia is host to high school students from across the United States and around the world.
