*On select trips, our team will host an optional interactive session for professional development. By participating in the tour and optional session, you will earn a certificate for 10-15 points/hours or 1-1.5 CEUs.
Convention reservations are first come, first served, and may close prior to the deadline listed. Qualification is based on Rewards Points earned from international tours. Conventions departing after October 1, 2023 require an active 2024 or future tour; conventions departing after October 1, 2024 require an active 2025 or future tour.
Limit one convention per year per Program Leader, and limit two free places per convention. Once redeemed, Rewards Points may not be used for other promotional rewards. If a Program Leader elects to travel on a Program Leader Training, they are not eligible to travel on a convention until they have enrolled travellers on a tour in a following year. Other conditions may apply.
