Customize an Existing Tour
Our exclusive online tools give you the ability to customize nearly any of our existing tours, either on your own or with the help of your personal Program Consultant.
Add-ons and Extensions
Regardless of your reservation type (Private, Guaranteed Travel Date or Consolidated), you can add or remove available add-ons. Add-ons are typically optional activities (commonly called ‘excursions’) that last at least half of the day and include an additional cost. Examples include a Versailles Guided Excursion, a Mount Vernon Excursion and many more.
Similarly, extensions can also be added regardless of reservation type on available tours. Typically two or more days, extensions give you an opportunity to explore a nearby destination, or to go more in-depth at your tour’s final stop. Examples include Sorrento for tours ending in Rome, a river-rafting extension for Costa Rica tours, a Toronto extension on Québec City tours and many more.
Adding Days Before or After Your Tour
Also available for any reservation type, you can choose to add days to the beginning or end of your regularly scheduled itinerary. Use this option to further explore your arrival or departure city.
Please note that for these added days, we can arrange your activities and accommodations for you (just like any other day on tour), or you can do it all on your own with us just setting new flight arrangements.

Upgrade Your Meals & Accommodations
We give you the opportunity to upgrade your overall meals and accommodations, or on each individual day. Want to stay closer to downtown for the whole tour, or just for a certain city? No problem. Want to upgrade your meals in a certain country? You can do that, too.
Add or Remove Activities
With our easy to use drag and drop functionality, you can add, swap or remove activities to your itinerary. Customize your tour’s activities around a certain subject like history, arts & music or science, or add extra experiential activities and authentic meals to your tour.
