Get fundraising tips and ideas to help minimize your tour fees.

Fundraising is a great way to engage students, the school and community in your educational travel plans while raising money for your tour.  Here are a few fundraising tips and sample ideas that you can use to help make your educational tour more affordable for everyone.

Getting Started

Begin fundraising as soon as possible.

The sooner you start, the longer you have to raise the money you need to minimize your tour fees.

Hold a meeting.

Gather together everyone who has signed up for the tour to discuss possible fundraising ideas and come up with a plan to raise money for your tour.

Set a goal.

Once you have your fundraising plan, come up with a set amount that you want to raise and decide what the money will be spent on.  This way, everyone will know what they’re working towards and will be motivated to continue raising money.

Put your plan into action.
