Position Summary:

Explorica Canada, Inc. is seeking a sales professional with strong prospecting skills and direct sales experience for our Toronto office. Our sales are conducted over the phone to existing clients and strong prospects, all of whom are teachers. Our sales professionals are experts in building long-term relationships with teachers.

Requirements:

We seek employees who are self-motivated, competitive, persistent and committed to delivering the highest level of service to our customers. In addition you should possess:

  • Excellent prospecting skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Excellent writing, speaking, and organizational skills
  • A three or four-year University or college degree.
  • A strong customer focus and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability and motivation to make 40+ contacts daily (expect 3-4 hrs per day on the phone with teachers)
  • A passion for travel
  • Fluency in French (preferred)

Compensation:

Explorica offers a $30,000 - $35,000 base salary and commission plan. Explorica also offers excellent benefits and generous vacation plan.
